We are an authoritative voice on doctor and medical student health and wellbeing. Our goal is to drive impactful change by shaping policies, highlighting emerging issues, advocating for systemic improvements and targeted research and support. We promote educational programs for doctors and other stakeholders. Our initiatives include tailored training on critical topics like being a doctor for doctors, substance and alcohol abuse, holistic wellbeing, and sustainable careers. Wellbeing for Doctors Conference
The WBD 2026 conference addresses one of the most urgent and essential priorities in global healthcare today: the well-being of physicians and the professionals who sustain our medical systems. The conference explores two key dimensions: • Strengthening personal well-being through evidence-based tools and methods • Institutionalizing well-being through supportive structures, culture and policies at the organizational and system levels.

International Conference on Physician Health 2026 - The conference theme is "From insight to impact: sustainable strategies for a healthy and fulfilling medical career," and the programme will include inspirational keynote presentations, themed presentation streams, interactive workshop sessions and engaging social events. Limited online places may be made available for those who can't attend in person.
When Things Go Wrong.....Doctors Health Alliance webinar
When things go wrong - navigating adverse events, complaints and notifications. Live webinar: Wed, 20 May, 7pm - 8pm AEST. Complaints, adverse events and notifications are part of medical practice. They can bring distress, doubt and uncertainty about what to do next. If you’ve seen this happen, or wondered how you’d handle it, this session will help. You’ll feel more prepared, understand what to expect, and know where to turn.
Promoting Great Medical Culture: People, Peers and Places
The Australasian Doctors’ Health Conference 2025 (ADHC2025), taking place at 1 Hotel Melbourne from 27th to 29th November, 2025 is continuing a proud tradition held every two years since 1999 by the Doctors' Health Alliance, and promises to be a solutions-focused gathering under the theme: Promoting Great Medical Culture: People, Peers and Places.
