RACP webinar - Workplace Wellbeing: Speaking Up and Building a Culture of Psychological Safety
Event Details
Join our colleagues at RACP for Workplace Wellbeing: Speaking Up and Building a Culture of Psychological Safety, the third webinar in this four-part 2026 Wellbeing Advocates series.

About The Event
This session will focus on psychological safety from both an individual and organisational perspective and provide valuable insights to support safer, healthier, and more inclusive workplaces. Through practical examples and real-world experience, this session will explore how individuals can confidently speak up, and the actions that can be taken to address inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour that undermines workplace wellbeing.
The webinar will be held online and will run for approximately one hour. It will conclude with a Q&A session and an opportunity to reflect on how the strategies discussed can be applied in everyday practice.
Note: As a member benefit, RACP Fellows will have their attendance at this webinar recorded in their RACP MyCPD portal. Participants may also claim CPD hours for other relevant webinars and courses. The webinar is open to non-members, and will be recorded if you are not able to dial in live.
